Norman Prince & Partners are independent ophthalmic opticians and contact lens practitioners, operating from eight practices to the west of London.

Patient care
For us, patient care is of paramount importance. This is reflected in the time we allocate to each patient's eye examinations and other appointments. We are fully aware that eyecare cannot be a 'one-size-fits-all' business, and each practice prides itself on its individual service, tailored to each community's preferences and needs. We conduct thorough NHS and private examinations in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, taking the time to listen to your needs and to answer your questions. We also offer reading rate tests and coloured overlay checks for dyslexic patients.

Qualified staff
In addition to our fully qualified and accredited optometric staff, we have qualified dispensers, registered with the General Optical Council, in all our locations. Our investment in qualified, experienced and educated staff means that you can be confident of our standard of service and of a result that is both professional and just right for you.

Since our foundation in the 1930s, our practices have built a strong reputation for friendly, reliable service and a commitment to finding the right solutions for people's visual problems. Most of our patients come to us by recommendation.

Being independent means that we are not tied to any particular manufacturer, so we can offer the latest contemporary and classic frames and, with our professional advice, you can be sure of the most suitable lens for your lifestyle. We use independent optical laboratories to ensure that every order is made to the highest standard possible. We use a wide range of lenses from Nikon, Hoya, Zeiss, Rodenstock, Essilor (Varilux) and Seiko. These offer excellent quality coatings and design.
